Welcome to the Old Manor House

Built in 1865 by the Anemogiannis family ancestors from locally sourced stone, it has been characterized by the ministry of culture as a Preserved monument of historic importance.

Its high-level position offers an overview of the port and the sea and one can still find spyholes on the shutters which were used to track pirate activity.

Today it has been divided into two fully renovated independent apartments, each 120 Square Metres in size.

As well as the main building, which housed the family, there is also a small complex of other buildings that served different purposes back in the day.

Starting from the main road, the club’s offices and reception were the stables, then moving upwards you have the Manor House on the left hand side and next to that resides a smaller building, housing two Studio apartments SPIROS and STEFANOS, which served as the servant’s quarters back in the day.

KONSTANTINA APARTMENT

The KONSTANTINA apartment resides on the Manor House ground floor.
It was named after Konstantina Anemogianni, the family’s great grandmother.
It consists of three bedrooms, one with a Queen size double bed and two with two single beds. two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with all amenities, as well as a Master Bathroom.
The living room is equipped with Luxury sofas, up to Date Audio and Video Facilities plus WiFi, there is also a dining room and fully equipped Kitchen.
It offers stunning sea views and has a spacious terrace of 60 Square Metres with sun-beds, umbrella and armchairs.
The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The Apartment is located a few minutes’ walk from the beach of LEVRECHIO and the village of LOGGOS, which is very famous for its sea-food Taverns
The whole villa is fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Car Parking is also provided for all vehicles.

MARA  APARTMENT

The MARA apartment resides on the Manor House first floor.
It consists of three bedrooms, one with a Queen size double bed and two with two single beds. two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with all amenities, as well as a Master Bathroom.
