Reservation, Booking and Cancelation Policies
Reservation:
To reserve through our system, just follow the system's instructions.
To get a quote from us send as an availability request at stemarvillasclub@gmail.com.
Requests are being held for 48 hours and unless confirmed within that time frame, they get released
Confirmation:
For a booking to be confirmed, 30% deposit of the full amount is to be transfered to the company’s/owner’s bank accounts of the company’s preference, or a credit card to be successfully charged for that amount.
Before this transaction is completed no reservation can be confirmed and it remains in status as a request.
Balance due:
After deposit is paid and reservation is confirmed, remaining amount is to be paid within 7 days prior to client's arrival, or directly by the client upon arrival.
Cancelation
If a confirmed reservation is canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded at 100%.
If confirmed reservation is canceled up to 29 days prior to arrival, deposit is not refundable.
If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, 50%of the full amount is to be charged.
If canceled on the arrival day then it’s considered a "non show" and the full amount is to be charged.
